Girls don't like facial hair?

Lately I've been growing out my facial hair (mustache and goatee). I've worn it thick, light, and did the whole 5 o'clock shadow thing by shaving in the afternoon instead of the morning. I personally think having facial hair makes me look better and more distinguished, HOWEVER all my girl (female) friends say I look better without facial hair, and I definitely get 'checked out' more when I'm completely shaved...do girls not like facial hair or something?

I personally am not a fan of a lot of facial hair. Especially not a mustache on younger guys. There is not much sexier than feeling stubble when making out.

personally, i think facial hair can be sexy as hell!!!...on the right guy ofcoarse. i mean id rather see a tom cruise with sum hair then ashton kutcher. some guys just look bad in it.

on the other hand, i have read that younger women tend to go for the boyish look; while ovulating women tend to go for the muscled men, with or without hair.

You offered an interesting question. Of truth, girls do not usually like anything hairy over their face; the zone which high lights the attractiveness and the first sight to attract men. Knowing this, you would not want anything over your facial zone, do you? Thus, the make-ups, anti-aging creamers, the additional eyelashes, etc... However, this is again of your own choice and no one should project an image which she admires over you. I hope this helps.

In general I think that most women aren't crazy about hairy men in and visa verse.This is part of our culture at this time.Full on beards are out.Manicured facial hair is sexy if it suites a mans image who wears it with style and confidence.If your prefer this when looking in the mirror,it may be different if you could see yourself in photos.Usually this is the best way to see yourself.Obviously you may have some story about about this that you need to let go of.There is also nothing wrong with experimenting with different looks............sounds like you have had fun with it!
