I have blonde, fine facial hair that isn't even noticeable when I'm not wearing make-up but when I wear foundation it looks awful!
Is there any techniques that prevent the facial hair from showing as much?

The best thing to do would be to wax your facial hair. Make sure you go to a clean beauty parlor and use hot wax. Good luck!

Get a curved-blade tiny pair of scissors (any manicure kit has that) and trim them as close to your skin as you can.

Use a powder and brush to finish and use downward strokes. Your facial hair grows downward.

Use a more sheer foundation that won't cake on. Or dip your make up sponge in a little bit of mosturizer before applying your foundation. Also, you if you use powder, make sure you apply it in the direction of the hair growth so that it lays flat on your face.
