Facial hair on steriods?

I am 14 and really want some hair on my chin... i got a good growing mustache, armpit hair, TONS of pubic hair, and leg hair and some chest/stomach hair BUT I NEED FACIAL HAIR... cuz every girl says once i get it i will be a hotty...

wen i put oils in my head the hair grows rapidly (i put in cocunut oil and almond oil) but will it work for my beard?
