I'm 13 and I had a little facial hair, so I shaved it. But recently, I read that you're not supposed to shave facial hair. So what can i do now? My mom won't let me get it waxed. Should I pluck the hairs? thanks for all your help.

gah. omg plucking all of then would take forever. im really tan, and the hair above my top lip grows in extremely light, but its only noticable on the corners and the facial nair worked for me

Have your mom buy the Nair for upper lip.

It's used solely for upper lip hair so it won't damage your face.
