Stimulate facial hair growth ?

I am a 18 yr old guy, but I am always told I look 16. I have some facial hair that I consider "PEACH FUZZ". Is there ANYTHING I can do, eat, etc. to make my facial hair grow ? I NEED YOUR HELP !!!

If you shave the fuzz, the hairs will become thicker. Enjoy not having to shave while you can.

I doubt you can do that, one of my neighbor's claimed to have used a mexican product called "aceite de oso" and he says that he grew facial hair.
