Is no facial hair at 15 normal?

I am 15 years old, almost 16, and I have no facial hair. I have a few hairs on my chinny chin chin, but not many. My sideburns and mustache are coming in, but are colorless. I have thick hair everywhere else, but none on my face. Is this normal? Will I still get a normal amount of facial hair? Am I just a late bloomer, so to speak? I really, really want to grow a beard, but am afraid I won't ever get enough.

Don't worry about the facial hair! You know you have more things to worry about right now in your life. Some men never grow rough beards and facial hair. Some men have very light blond facial hair and it does not appear to actually be a beard. If you don't grow a full beard, this will be less for you to worry about each day. I have a feeling that if you have a bit of patience, you'll get your results. Peach fuzz is not bad!

you're normal and unfortunately will get more hair on your face than you will be happy with in just a few more years....(I have 18 yr old and 15 yr old sons to prove this with)

Don't worry about the facial hair, some males have less of it, and some have it growing in late into their teen years. I woudn't concern myself too much with it...
