Is it possible to regrow facial hair? I use to pull out facial hair that didnt grow in the right direction on my face, and now left with small gaps?

1. Why doesn't the hair regrow? Has damage been caused to the roots?

If you constantly pull out your hair, it can disturb the growth patterns. When did you stop pulling hair out? You might want to leave it for 3-6 months. It might grow back or might not. I had friends who tweezed their eyebrows constantly, it became really sparse and she regretted it. It never grew back until the day she whacked Men's Regain/Rogain on her eyebrows. Not sure if that's such a good idea for the face though...you don't want to end up looking like a cave man.
