Does rogaine work for facial hair?

i was wondering if rogaine works for facial hair. i am having problems growing facial hair. i feel left out specially when people tell me i look like a 10 year old kid (maybe thats the reason to why i cant get a gurl). i was wondering if i put rogaine on my chin will it help grow hair? i got the idea after reading it on some forum. i was wondering if rogaine will help me get some facial hair.????
