so my facial hair is still a bit patchy, and i get sideburns and it gets real thick and it grows under my chin but I want it to grow all the way around, what do I do? I've been told to shave even where there is no hair to stimulate the growth and to do this every other day for about 3-4 weeks because it will grow thicker.....help, please

Yes, I have heard that shaving works...
Another way I heard is to dab brandy on the patches where you want hair growth. My father in law swear by this method.. you can try it..

Just shave it all sweetie!! IT may not get thicker----is mostly genetic....
